Texas...

  Llano River Near near Junction 2E affecting Kimble County

The Llano River near Junction has fallen below flood stage this
morning, and will continue to fall slowly throughout the day
today. Therefore, the Flood Warning has been cancelled.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

* At  8:10 AM Thursday the stage was 12.1 feet.
* Flood stage is 16.0 feet.
* Fell below flood stage at  6:35 AM Thursday.
* Forecast...The river will continue to fall to 4.7 feet by tomorrow
  morning.
