FIRE WEATHER PLANNING FORECAST FOR CENTRAL SOUTH CAROLINA
AND EAST CENTRAL GEORGIA
NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE COLUMBIA SC
328 PM EDT MON SEP 22 2014

.DISCUSSION...A COLD FRONT WILL CONTINUE TO PUSH THROUGH THE
REGION TOWARDS THE COAST TONIGHT. LINGERING SHOWERS ARE POSSIBLE THROUGH
THE EVENING. TUESDAY WILL BE COOLER AND DRIER WITH MIN RH VALUES
FROM 45 TO 55 PERCENT. THESE ARE SOMEWHAT HIGHER THAN EXPECTED DUE
TO WIDESPREAD SHOWERS TODAY. THERE WILL BE A SLIGHT CHANCE OF
SHOWERS WEDNESDAY. MIN RH VALUES ABOVE 50 PERCENT IN THE EAST...
40 TO 45 PERCENT IN THE CSRA AND WESTERN MIDLANDS. FOG MAY BE
POSSIBLE EARLY TUESDAY MORNING IN THE CSRA WHERE PRECIPITATION
HAS MOISTENED THE SURFACE. MODERATE SURFACE WINDS WILL ALSO HELP
PREVENT FOG FORMATION WEDNESDAY MORNING.
