BEFORE MOVING EAST ON SUNDAY. A COLD WILL MOVE INTO THE REGION
LATE SUNDAY NIGHT. SHOWERS WILL DEVELOP ACROSS THE AREA BY
LATE SUNDAY AFTERNOON. DEWPOINTS TODAY WILL FALL INTO THE TEENS
...AND POSSIBLY THE SINGLE DIGITS ACROSS THE NORTHERN CWA.  THIS
WILL CAUSE AFTERNOON RH LEVELS ON TODAY TO FALL INTO THE UPPER
TEENS TO THE MIDDLE 20S.  VALUES WILL BE HIGHER ON SUNDAY AS
