.DISCUSSION...UPPER LEVEL RIDGE ACROSS THE REGION WILL KEEP HOT
TEMPERATURES OVER THE AREA INTO THE WEEKEND. THE RIDGE AXIS WILL
SLIDE EASTWARD ON FRIDAY ALLOWING MOISTURE BACK INTO THE REGION
WITH INCREASING CHANCES OF THUNDERSTORMS THROUGH THE WEEKEND AND
INTO NEXT WEEK. WINDS WILL REMAIN SOUTHWESTERLY THROUGH FRIDAY
WITH GUSTS BETWEEN 15 AND 20 MPH DURING THE AFTERNOON AND EARLY
EVENING HOURS. AFTERNOON MINIMUM RELATIVE HUMIDITY VALUES WILL BE
35 TO 40 PERCENT THROUGH THE WEEKEND WITH MIXING HEIGHTS OF 6000
FEET OR GREATER.
