.DISCUSSION...Cooler and drier air is expected through the period
with minimum RH values around 30 percent Monday. Expect light NE
winds Monday but may become variable at times. N transport winds
will be strongest during the morning, from 10 to 15 mph, weakening
during the afternoon. Tuesday, expect light N surface winds
throughout the day.

Patchy fog is expected Monday morning in the eastern Midlands and
fog prone areas.
