FORECAST AREA TONIGHT AHEAD OF AN ADVANCING COLD FRONT. THIS FRONT
IS EXPECTED TO MOVE THROUGH THE REGION ON FRIDAY MORNING. SOUTHWEST
WINDS WILL VEER TO THE WEST AND THEN NORTHWEST...BEFORE TURNING MORE
NORTHERLY FRIDAY AFTERNOON.  WINDS WILL REMAIN STRONG ENOUGH TONIGHT
AND FRIDAY MORNING TO INHIBIT FOG. DAYTIME MIXING HEIGHTS WILL RANGE
FROM 2500 TO 3500 FEET FRIDAY WITH RAINY CONDITIONS AND RISE SLIGHTLY
TO BETWEEN 4500 AND 5000 FEET SATURDAY WITH COLD AIR ADVECTION...
GUSTY WINDS AND TURBULENT MIXING.

ELEVATED RELATIVE HUMIDITIES IN THE MOIST AIR AHEAD OF THE FRONT WILL
DRY SLIGHTLY TO AROUND 40 TO 50 PERCENT FRIDAY AND DROP SIGNIFICANTLY
ON SATURDAY TO NEAR 20 PERCENT. WINDS ON SATURDAY WILL BE GUSTY WITH
