.DISCUSSION...

The Haines Index at International Falls is 2 (very low).
                 at Bismarck is            3 (very low).
                 at Aberdeen is            3 (very low).

Rainy conditions will prevail across the region for Tuesday morning.
Rain should begin to diminish by the early afternoon hours across
southeastern North Dakota and west central Minnesota, but may
continue into the early evening hours across northeastern North
Dakota and northern Minnesota. Temperatures will remain cool for
today with highs only reaching the mid 50s with northwesterly winds
at 5 to 10 mph.

Smoke dispersion over eastern North Dakota will be poor to fair for
this afternoon. For northwestern and west central Minnesota, the
smoke dispersion will be fair to good for the afternoon.
