FIRE WEATHER PLANNING FORECAST FOR SOUTHWEST LOWER MICHIGAN
NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE GRAND RAPIDS MI
258 AM EDT FRI JUL 29 2016

...SCATTERED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORM INTO SATURDAY THEN CLEARING...

.DISCUSSION...THE COMBINATION OF A SERIES OF UPPER LEVEL WAVES WILL
ALLOW A SURFACE WAVE ON THE FRONT TO OUR SOUTH TO BECOME BETTER ORGANIZED
AND THAT WILL CONSOLIDATE THE PRECIPITATION AROUND THAT SYSTEM TODAY INTO
TONIGHT. THIS MEANS THE SHOWERS OVER THE NORTH WILL END THIS MORNING AND
AREAS NEAR AND SOUTH OF INTERSTATE 96 WILL HAVE THE GREATEST CHANCE FOR
SHOWERS AND AN ISOLATED THUNDERSTORM INTO SATURDAY. TEMPERATURES WILL BE
SLIGHTLY COOLER THE NEXT FEW DAYS TOO.
