A STRONG UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE COUPLED WITH DEEP TROPICAL MOISTURE AND
A WEAK SURFACE BOUNDARY WILL SET THE STAGE FOR NUMEROUS SHOWERS AND
THUNDERSTORMS THIS AFTERNOON AND AGAIN LATE TONIGHT INTO THURSDAY. SOME
OF THE RAIN WILL BE LOCALLY HEAVY AND FLOODING WILL BE POSSIBLE OVER
PARTS OF SOUTHEAST TEXAS. DRIER AIR WILL FILTER INTO SOUTHEAST TEXAS ON
FRIDAY.
