Fire Weather Planning Forecast for Northern Alabama
National Weather Service Huntsville AL
303 AM CDT Tue Jun 27 2017

.DISCUSSION...

A system dropping E/SE out of the central US will clip our area
this morning and could bring a very brief period of sprinkles
to areas along the AL/TN border. Otherwise, dry conditions are
forecast once again today with RH values between 30-40 percent.
Winds remain out of the north today but begin to switch to the
south on Wednesday. While gulf moisture starts to push northward
on Wednesday it won`t arrive until the evening and with temps
warming into the upper 80s RH values will be in the 30-40 percent
range. Afternoon showers and storms are then possible starting
Thursday and continuing into early next week.

Fog potential over the next few days: Patchy fog might be possible
later this week in any areas that receive heavy rainfall from
afternoon storms.

Potential for Red Flag Conditions: Not at this time.
