Fire Weather Planning Forecast for Eastern Kentucky

.DISCUSSION...Rain showers will gradually taper off to the east
this morning and afternoon, with above normal temperatures
continuing through the end of the week. Isolated to scattered showers
and thunderstorms will be possible again Thursday, before much better
rain chances take place Friday evening and night ahead of a cold front.
Before then, far eastern Kentucky could see relative humidities drop
into the 30s Friday afternoon as temperatures warm into the mid-upper
70s. A cooler airmass will be in place for the weekend with RH values
bottoming out in the 30s.
