.DISCUSSION...
High pressure will move from the central Plains into the southeast U.S.
over the next few days.  This will cause winds to shift from the
northwest to the southwest which cause temperatures to warm back above
normal by Thursday.  The next chance of precipitation will be over the
weekend.
