A GULF SYSTEM WILL TRACK NORTHEAST AND ACROSS THE MIDDLE TN AREA
TONIGHT. AS A RESULT...FAIRLY SUBSTANTIAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS ARE
EXPECTED. THIS WILL BE FOLLOWED BY COLDER AIR AND DRIER TEMPS FOR
TUESDAY INTO WEDNESDAY. AN ARCTIC FRONT WILL THEN MOVE THROUGH
THE AREA WEDNESDAY NIGHT WITH PERHAPS A FEW FLURRIES. COLD AND DRY
WEATHER WILL THE PREVAIL UNTIL EARLY NEXT WEEK WHEN SLOWLY
MODIFYING TEMPS AND SOME RAINFALL RETURNS.
