IN FIRE ZONES 640...EASTERN PORTION OF 641...643...644 AND 645...

.DISCUSSION...Thunderstorms producing frequent lightning and gusts
near 50 mph have been observed across central and northeast
Oregon. Some storms are producing heavy downpours. The Red Flag
Warning was extended farther north to cover the eastern portions
of WA/OR 641 and the lower elevations of 643 and 645. Winds are
also increasing this afternoon, and Fire Zone 675 will have breezy
winds and areas with low humidity. Conditions will improve
overnight, and Tuesday will be a cooler westerly flow with locally
breezy winds. Dry and a slight warming trend are expected the
remainder of the week.
