...Discussion from SFOFWFMTR...

Seasonal conditions will continue over the district this week.
Locally gusty winds are possible along mid slopes and peaks through
the middle of the week. Overnight recoveries are expected to remain
good to very good. Temperatures should remain seasonal. By late
week a slight warming and drying trend is expected to develop as
high pressure builds over the area.

...Discussion from SFOFWFSTO...

Low pressure off the California coast will cause an increase in mid
to upper level moisture over Norcal through Tuesday. This will lead
to an increase in thunderstorm activity over the northern mountains
and possibly the northern Sacramento Valley and may result in an
increase in fire starts. Rising humidities expected through Tuesday
followed by a warming and drying trend for the rest of the week.
