THE UPPER 70S AND LOWER 80S ONCE AGAIN.  WITH CONTINUED DRY LOW LEVELS...
RELATIVE HUMIDITIES WILL FALL INTO THE 30 TO 35 PERCENT RANGE ACROSS AREAS ALONG
AND EAST OF INTERSTATE 65.  WITH WINDS AROUND 10 TO 15 MPH AND DRY FUEL
