AN UPPER LEVEL TROUGH WILL APPROACH THE AREA THE NEXT TWO DAYS AND
INCREASE FIRE WEATHER CONCERNS. CONDITIONS TODAY WILL APPROACH
CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS WITH ABOVE NORMAL TEMPS...STRONG
SOUTHWESTERLY WINDS...AND HIGH HAINES. THE LIMITING FACTOR WILL BE
RH VALUES NOT QUITE AT THRESHOLD LEVELS...HOLDING IN THE UPPER
TEENS. MID LEVEL CLOUDS WILL BUILD IN THE AFTERNOON...WITH DRY
THUNDERSTORMS POSSIBLE THAT COULD CREATE GUSTY AND ERRATIC WINDS.
WINDS WILL DIMINISH THROUGH THE EVENING BUT REMAIN OUT OF THE
SOUTHWEST TO WEST. RED FLAG WARNING CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED
WEDNESDAY AS STRONG WINDS...LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY VALUES...AND NEAR
NORMAL TEMPS RETURN TO THE AREA.
