FORECAST IS BASED ON INCIDENT TIME OF 0843 EDT ON AUGUST 19.

.DISCUSSION...SOME LIGHT RAIN SHOWERS WILL MOVE ACROSS THE
SITE THIS MORNING AND MAY PERSIST THROUGH 11 AM BUT STRONGER
STORMS WITH MUCH HEAVIER RAINFALL WILL BE POSSIBLE LATER
THIS AFTERNOON.  STORM MOVEMENT WILL BE SLOW LEADING TO LOCALLY
HEAVY RAIN AND POSSIBLE FLOODING.  TRANSPORT WINDS WILL BE FROM
THE SOUTHWEST BUT WILL BE AROUND 10 MPH OR LESS.  RELATIVELY
LIGHT WINDS EXPECTED OVERNIGHT WITH SOME SHOWERS LINGERING
THROUGH THE OVERNIGHT HOURS PRIMARILY IN THE EVENING.  CHANCES
OF RAIN SHOWERS AND STORMS AGAIN SATURDAY WITH STRONGER
TRANSPORT WINDS AND MIXING EXPECTED.
