THE HIGH PRESSURE OVER THE MANITOBA AND NW ONTARIO REGION WILL
CONTINUE TO PROVIDE COOL EASTERLY FLOW THROUGH SATURDAY. CLEAR
SKIES AND VERY LIGHT WIND TONIGHT WILL RESULT IN A FROSTY SATURDAY
MORNING. GUSTY ENE FLOW AND SCATTERED CUMULUS WILL DEVELOP BY
EARLY SATURDAY AFTERNOON. THE GOOD MIXING WILL HELP DRAW DOWN
GUSTS TO AROUND 15 MPH AND DRIER AIR FROM ALOFT. THERE COULD BE
STRAY GUSTS TO NEARLY 20 MPH.
