.DISCUSSION...

Chances of precipitation, mainly rain, will continue through about
10 or 11 AM CDT this morning. There may be a very brief period of
snow mixing in with the rain, but confidence is not very high for
this. This precipitation should diminish by the late morning and
afternoon. Winds should remain from the northeast through the day
today, with gusts up to 18 mph or so possible. Smoke dispersal
doesn`t appear quite as good today as yesterday due to slightly
weaker winds and mixing not as deep. There may be a small chance
of a rain shower later this evening, along with winds turning
from the southeast overnight tonight.
