CLOUDY SKIES AND MOIST CONDITIONS BEHIND YESTERDAYS COLD FRONT THAT
HELPED PRODUCED WETTING RAINS ACROSS THE REGION WILL KEEP FIRE
WEATHER CONCERNS LOW TODAY. MIXING HEIGHTS WILL SLOWLY INCREASE FROM
1700 FEET AT IGNITION TIME TO AROUND 3000 FEET BY THE MIDDLE OF THE
AFTERNOON.  LIGHT WINDS WILL REMAIN OUT OF THE NORTH AND GENERALLY
REMAIN BELOW 8 MPH. SKIES WILL BEGIN TO CLEAR OUT LATE TONIGHT TO
CAUSE SUNNY SKIES AND DRIER CONDITIONS TOMORROW...BUT MIN RH VALUES
SHOULD REMAIN ABOVE 35 PERCENT AND SATURATED SOILS WILL CONTINUE TO
