.DISCUSSION...

WELL TIM...IT APPEARS WE WILL BE TRANSITIONING QUITE QUICKLY FROM
THESE GUSTY WINDS TODAY WITH HIGH DISPERSIONS TO VIRTUALLY NOTHING
ON THURSDAY LEADING TO LOW DISPERSIONS. A TROUGH OF LOW PRESSURE
WILL DEVELOP RIGHT OVER CENTRAL GEORGIA LEADING TO THE LIGHT
WINDS. HARD TO SEE ANYTHING HIGHER THAN 5 TO MAYBE 7 MPH TOMORROW
AFTERNOON WHICH WILL LEAD TO DISPERSION INDICES BARELY GETTING OUT
OF THE TEENS.

RH VALUES WILL BE LOW ONCE AGAIN BUT A LACK OF MIXING DUE TO THE
LOW WINDS WE SHOULD REMAIN IN THE LOWER 30S FOR THE VALUES ON
THURSDAY.
