SURFACE HIGH PRESSURE WILL MOVE EAST OF THE REGION OVERNIGHT WITH WINDS
BECOMING SOUTHERLY BY SATURDAY MORNING. SPEEDS WILL INCREASE THROUGH
THE MORNING HOURS WITH 10-15 MPH EXPECTED DURING THE AFTERNOON. MIXING
HEIGHTS WILL INCREASE THROUGH MIDDAY. SMOKE RISE AND DISPERSION MAY BE
NEGATIVELY AFFECTED AS MAX SURFACE WINDS OCCUR EARLY/MID AFTERNOON.

WITH MINIMUM RH REACHING THE UPPER 20 PERCENT RANGE AROUND MID
AFTERNOON...LINGER HOT SPOTS AND UNBURNED JACKPOT MAY BECOME
PROBLEMATIC. THIS COULD ALSO INCREASE THE LIKELIHOOD OF SPOTS WHILE
THE FIRE IS PLUME DOMINATED.
