ALONG SIERRA NEVADA RANGE...PROVIDING FOR A FAVORABLE THUNDERSTORM
ENVIRONMENT TO DEVELOPMENT...MAINLY OVER THE HIGHER TERRAIN THROUGH
TUESDAY EVENING. WHILE THUNDERSTORMS HAVE THE POTENTIAL TO PRODUCE
LOCALLY HEAVY RAIN...THE BIGGEST THREAT WILL BE GUSTY AND ERRATIC
WINDS IN ADDITION TO LIGHTNING. A SOUTHWESTERLY FLOW ALOFT BECOMES
ESTABLISHED BY WEDNESDAY...LOWERING THE POTENTIAL FOR THUNDERSTORM
DEVELOPMENT.
