WESTERLY WINDS CONTINUE TO INCREASE AS A DISTURBANCE MOVING INTO
THE PACIFIC NORTHWEST TONIGHT. THE STRONGEST WINDS WILL BE
OBSERVED OVER THE MOUNTAIN RIDGES AND THROUGH AND BELOW MOUNTAIN
PASSES. THESE CONDITIONS WILL BE FELT THROUGH SATURDAY MORNING.
THE TROUGH WILL SHIFT EAST DURING THE WEEKEND WITH TEMPERATURES
RISING TO NEAR OR SLIGHTLY ABOVE SEASONAL NORMALS BY LABOR DAY
WITH LIGHTER WINDS.
