WILL FORM THIS AFTERNOON AND LINGER ON THURSDAY AS WEAK LOW PRESSURE
REMAINS OFF THE SOUTHEAST COAST. A COLD FRONT WILL MOVE INTO THE AREA
FRIDAY AND STALL DURING THE WEEKEND BEFORE FINALLY DISSIPATING MONDAY.
