AFTER A COLD MORNING....A WARMING TREND CAN BE EXPECTED THE
NEXT FEW DAYS AS HIGH PRESSURE MOVES EAST OF THE AREA AND
SOUTHERLY WINDS DEVELOP. RELATIVE HUMIDITY VALUES WILL ALSO BEGIN
TO GRADUALLY RISE...ALTHOUGH MINIMUM RH VALUES THIS AFTERNOON WILL
LOWER TO AROUND 30 PERCENT. EXTENSIVE AREAS OF FOG ARE NOT
EXPECTED TO DEVELOP TONIGHT...ALTHOUGH SOME LIGHT AND PATCHY
GROUND FOG COULD BE POSSIBLE MAINLY AROUND SUNRISE.
