.DISCUSSION...A WEAK UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE WILL CROSS CENTRAL
AND SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA TODAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY...WITH COOLER AIR
AND RISING HUMIDITIES ACROSS THE AREA. A DEEP AND RATHER WEAK
MARINE LAYER IS EXPECTED TO STRENGTHEN SOMEWHAT OVERNIGHT INTO
EARLY TUESDAY...WITH BROKEN LOW TO MID-LEVEL CLOUDS DEVELOPING
OVER THE WHEATLAND AREA. PATCHY FOG MAY DEVELOP OVER THE RIDGES
(LOWER CONFIDENCE THAT THIS WILL OCCUR) WITH A SLIGHT CHANCE OF
PATCHY DRIZZLE. VERY GOOD TO EXCELLENT HUMIDITIES AND LIGHT
VARIABLE WINDS ARE EXPECTED FROM MIDNIGHT THROUGH AROUND 10 AM PDT
TUESDAY.
