.DISCUSSION...Isolated to scattered thunderstorm coverage is expected
this afternoon and evening. In addition, gusty west winds are developing
this afternoon as the system moves through with strongest winds expected
east of the Cascades, especially Modoc County. Relatively mild and quieter
weather is expected Tuesday through late this week.
