.DISCUSSION...A cold, moist upper system will bring snow to much
of southern Oregon and northern California this morning.
Accumulations will be heaviest in the mountains. Snow tapers off
later today, then clearing skies and very cold conditions are
expected tonight. Friday will be dry most areas, then another
system brings rain and snow over the weekend.

                    morning, then a chance of snow showers in the
                    afternoon.
