THROUGH WEDNESDAY MORNING. SOUTHEAST SURFACE AND TRANSPORT WINDS WILL
PREVAIL TODAY...VEERING SLOWLY TO THE EAST BY DAYBREAK WEDNESDAY.
WINDS NEAR THE SURFACE WILL BE ENHANCED BY THE EAST COAST SEA BREEZE
THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING. ISOLATED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS MAY
DEVELOP ALONG THE BOUNDARY AS IT PUSHES INLAND...BUT OVERALL RAIN
