MORNING WHICH SHOULD ALLOW FAIRLY DRY CONDITIONS TODAY. THIS
DISTURBANCE DID NOT ALLOW STRONG INVERSIONS TO DEVELOP SO MIXING
HEIGHTS SHOULD BE FAIRLY HIGH FOR THIS TIME OF YEAR.  TONIGHT A
VERY MOIST DISTURBANCE WILL MOVE INTO THE REGION CAUSE FAIRLY
STEADY PRECIPITATION TONIGHT THROUGH WEDNESDAY.  THIS FEATURE WILL
KEEP MIXING HEIGHTS LOW.
