.DISCUSSION...
Drier air has moved into the area with humidities in the 30s near
ignition time, dropping to near 20% in the afternoon. North to
northwest winds are likely to be breezy at times with gusts of 15-20 mph
through early afternoon before decreasing and shifting more toward the
west. Mixing heights will start out at 200-300 ft AGL but rise to near
5000 ft by around 10 am after inversion break. Heights will reach 6000
ft during the afternoon. Transport winds will remain fairly consistent
from ignition time through the afternoon, first out of the north at 7-9
mph and then shifting more out of the northwest by late morning and
increasing to 11-13 mph. By late afternoon, transport winds will
lower to 7-9 mph and shift a bit more out of the west.
