.DISCUSSION...

Winds from the south-southeast are decreasing this evening, and will
be 5-7 mph overnight. Light south winds early Thursday morning will
increase to 7-10 mph by mid-morning Thursday and continue through
the afternoon. A few wind gusts of 18-20 mph are possible Thursday
afternoon. Relative humidity values will increase to 60 percent by
11 PM, and to near 90 percent by sunrise Thursday. During the day
Thursday, relative humidity values will drop to less than 50 percent
by Noon, with minimum values 32-35 percent by late Thursday afternoon.
