.DISCUSSION...A cold front has slipped southward to near Scipio but
should stall there this morning and go back north this afternoon. There may
be isolated snow showers this morning but any significant snow will hold off
until after 1600-1700 when the cold front moves southeast across the area.
Dynamics aloft will increase over the area tonight with several inches of snow
likely overnight. May be issuing a winter weather advisory this afternoon
for the snow tonight.
