.DISCUSSION...

Transport winds around 10-15 mph will initially be out of the west
this morning, before transitioning out of the southwest during
the afternoon. This wind shift is expected to be in conjunction
with the seabreeze, which may lead to a brief period of enhanced
winds as the wind shift occurs. Dispersions will be on the low
side as the marine layer keeps mixing heights around 1.6 kft.
Minimum RH values will drop into the mid 70s at the burn location.
Winds overnight will transition back to westerly as the influence
of the seabreeze wanes. Overall there are no fire weather concerns
at the burn location today.
