IS THE AVERAGE OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVE, ALONG WITH THE
AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10% OF THE WAVES WHICH WILL
OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.4 INCHES OVER WESTERN ONTARIO WILL
STALL OVER JAMES BAY TONIGHT AND FINALLY MOVE OVER QUEBEC SUNDAY
EVENING. LOW PRESSURE OF 29.5 INCHES OVER THE SOUTHERN PLAINS
WILL SLOWLY LIFT NORTH THROUGH TONIGHT...DEEPEN TO 29.3 INCHES AS
IT REACHES IOWA SUNDAY...AND THEN PASS OVER THE NORTHERN END OF
THE LAKE TUESDAY MORNING. THE LOW WILL THEN CONTINUE TO QUEBEC
TUESDAY NIGHT...AS HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.2 INCHES MOVES ACROSS THE
CENTRAL GREAT LAKES.
