THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR NORTHEAST FLORIDA...
SOUTHEAST GEORGIA AND THE ADJACENT COASTAL WATERS.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT...

COLD FRONT PUSHING INTO THE REGION TODAY FROM THE NORTHWEST WILL
TRIGGER SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS...MAINLY ACROSS NORTHEAST FLORIDA.
STORM MOVEMENT WILL BE TOWARDS THE EAST AT 15 TO 20 MPH. A FEW
STRONG STORMS ARE POSSIBLE WITH GUSTY WINDS...FREQUENT LIGHTNING
AND LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL. THUNDERSTORM ACTIVITY WILL BECOME
ISOLATED TONIGHT ACROSS COASTAL NORTHEAST FLORIDA WITH MORE
ACTIVITY OVER THE ADJACENT COASTAL WATERS.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY...

ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS WILL REMAIN POSSIBLE ACROSS COASTAL NORTHEAST
FLORIDA ON FRIDAY...WITH SCATTERED THUNDERSTORM ACTIVITY POSSIBLE
ON SATURDAY. SCATTERED TO NUMEROUS THUNDERSTORM ACTIVITY WILL BE
POSSIBLE AREA-WIDE SUNDAY INTO EARLY NEXT WEEK...WITH THE BEST
CHANCES ALONG THE COAST IN THE DEVELOPING ONSHORE FLOW.

THE DEVELOPING ONSHORE FLOW EARLY NEXT WEEK WILL ENHANCE THE
THREAT OF RIP CURRENTS ALONG THE COAST...ALONG WITH THE POTENTIAL
FOR BREEZY TO WINDY CONDITIONS ALONG THE COAST AND INTO THE
COASTAL WATERS. STAY TUNED TO THE LATEST FORECASTS ON TROPICAL
STORM MATTHEW FROM THE NATIONAL HURRICANE CENTER FOR THE
POTENTIAL TRACK OF THIS SYSTEM.
