THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF SOUTHEAST NEW
MEXICO...SOUTHWEST TEXAS AND WEST TEXAS.

.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT

SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS COULD AFFECT THE GUADALUPE AND DAVIS
MOUNTAINS, VAN HORN AREA, MARFA PLATEAU, PRESIDIO VALLEY AND BIG
BEND REGION THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT.  THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE SLOW
MOVING, THEREFORE THE STRONGER STORMS COULD PRODUCE GUSTY WINDS NEAR
50 MPH AND LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL, IN ADDITION TO FREQUENT CLOUD TO
GROUND LIGHTNING STRIKES.

SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS ARE POSSIBLE ALONG AND WEST OF A CARLSBAD
TO ALPINE TO BIG BEND LINE THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT.  SOME OF
THE STRONGER STORMS COULD PRODUCE GUSTY WINDS, LOCALLY HEAVY
RAINFALL AND DANGEROUS LIGHTNING.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY

THUNDERSTORM CHANCES WILL CONTINUE FRIDAY THROUGH SUNDAY, BUT
MAINLY OVER THE HIGHER TERRAIN OF SOUTHEAST NEW MEXICO AND WEST
TEXAS.  THE PRIMARY THREAT WILL BE HEAVY RAINFALL AND LOCALIZED
FLASH FLOODING.
