THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF CENTRAL...EAST
CENTRAL...SOUTH CENTRAL AND SOUTHEAST COLORADO.

.DAY ONE...TONIGHT

NO HAZARDOUS WEATHER IS EXPECTED AT THIS TIME.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...THURSDAY THROUGH TUESDAY

FOR THURSDAY...A FEW SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE ON THE
PLAINS. AT THIS TIME...THE BEST CHANCE FOR SEVERE WEATHER LOOKS
TO BE ALONG AND NORTH OF HIGHWAY 50. LARGE HAIL...DAMAGING WINDS
AND ISOLATED TORNADOES WILL BE POSSIBLE.

LOCALLY HEAVY RAIN WILL BE POSSIBLE THURSDAY AFTERNOON OVER THE
LOWER ELEVATIONS OF THE PIKES PEAK REGION. THE POTENTIAL FOR FLASH
FLOODING WILL NEED TO BE MONITORED ON AREA BURN SCARS.

THURSDAY NIGHT...IT WILL BE COLD ENOUGH FOR SNOW IN THE MOUNTAINS
ABOVE 9000 FEET. LOCALLY HEAVY SNOW WILL BE POSSIBLE ACROSS THE
CENTRAL MOUNTAINS AND PIKES PEAK REGION. SEVERAL INCHES OF
HEAVY...WET SNOW COULD ACCUMULATE IN THESE AREAS.

FRIDAY...THE THREAT FOR LOCALLY HEAVY SNOW WILL CONTINUE OVER THE
EASTERN MOUNTAINS ABOVE 9000 FEET. ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE
POSSIBLE IN ALL AREAS. THE PRIMARY THREATS FROM STORMS WILL BE
LIGHTNING AND SMALL HAIL.

FOR THE MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND INTO EARLY NEXT WEEK...ISOLATED
AFTERNOON AND EVENING THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE EACH DAY. THE
PRIMARY THREATS FROM STORMS WILL BE LIGHTNING AND GUSTY WINDS.
