AT 653 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED STRONG THUNDERSTORMS...
CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS TO UP 30 KNOTS. THESE THUNDERSTORMS WERE
LOCATED ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM 7 NM NORTHEAST OF PORT AUSTIN TO
10 NM SOUTH OF HARBOR BEACH...MOVING EAST AT 20 KNOTS.

STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE NEAR...
  WHITE ROCK AROUND 700 PM EDT.

OTHER LOCATIONS IMPACTED BY STRONG THUNDERSTORMS INCLUDE WHITE ROCK
AND RICHMONDVILLE.
