  INNER AND OUTER SAGINAW BAY...
  NEARSHORE AND OPEN WATERS FROM PORT AUSTIN TO PORT SANILAC MI...

AT 706 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A LINE OF SHOWERS AND
THUNDERSTORMS MARKING A STRONG COLD FRONT EXTENDING FROM 13 NM NORTH
OF PORT AUSTIN TO CHARITY ISLAND TO LINWOOD...MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 20
KNOTS.

WIND GUSTS NEAR 30 KNOTS WILL BE POSSIBLE WITH A SUDDEN WIND SHIFT
TO THE NORTHWEST IN THUNDERSTORMS AND BEHIND THE FRONT. A SHARP
TEMPERATURE DECREASE WITH THICKENING CLOUDS AND FOG ARE ALSO
EXPECTED.

THE FRONT AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE NEAR...
BAY CITY LIBERTY HARBOR AROUND 720 PM EDT.
CASEVILLE AROUND 725 PM EDT.
PORT AUSTIN AND BAY PORT AROUND 730 PM EDT.
HARBOR BEACH AROUND 815 PM EDT.

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS UP TO 30 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER
