AT 903 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A STRONG THUNDERSTORM...
CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS TO UP 30 KNOTS. THIS THUNDERSTORM WAS
LOCATED NEAR ALGONAC...MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 20 KNOTS.

LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...
ALGONAC...NEW BALTIMORE...ST CLAIR FLATS OLD CHANNEL LIGHT...ST.
CLAIR AND MT CLEMENS HARBOR OF REFUGE.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS UP TO 30 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER
