THE AREAS AFFECTED INCLUDE...  FLAGLER BEACH TO SEBASTIAN INLET
OUT TO 60 NM...

AT 816 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED STRONG THUNDERSTORMS CAPABLE
OF PRODUCING WINDS UP TO 33 KNOTS. THESE THUNDERSTORMS WERE LOCATED
ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM 30 NM NORTHEAST OF DAYTONA BEACH SHORES
TO 17 NM NORTHEAST OF KLONDIKE BEACH TO PLAYALINDA BEACH... MOVING
NORTHEAST AT 25 KNOTS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS TO AROUND 30 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER
WAVES...AND LIGHTNING STRIKES. BOATERS SHOULD SEEK SAFE HARBOR
IMMEDIATELY UNTIL THESE STORMS PASS.
