A COLD FRONT WILL SWEEP ACROSS THE COASTAL WATERS LATE THIS
AFTERNOON THROUGH THE MID EVENING HOURS...BRINGING RAIN AND
POSSIBLE THUNDERSTORMS. THUNDERSTORMS MAY PRODUCE CLOUD-TO-WATER
LIGHTNING STRIKES...GUSTY ERRATIC WINDS...WATERSPOUTS...HEAVY RAIN
AND SMALL HAIL.

MARINERS SHOULD CHECK THE FORECAST AND CURRENT CONDITIONS PRIOR
TO GOING OUT ON THE WATER...AND IF CONDITIONS APPEAR STORMY...THEY
SHOULD CONSIDER REMAINING IN HARBOR.
