OF PENUELAS...

DOPPLER RADAR IN CAYEY SHOWED AN OUTFLOW BOUNDARY MOVING INTO THE
SOUTHERN OUTER CARIBBEAN WATERS SOUTH OF PENUELAS AT
APPROXIMATELY 29 KNOTS. THE OUTFLOW BOUNDARY WILL HAVE STRONG
GUSTY WINDS OUT OF THE SOUTHEAST. THE EXACT LOCATION AT 1:30 PM
AST WAS 17.14 NORTH 66.77 WEST. MARINERS SHOULD TRY TO AVOID THE
AREA UP TO 30 MILES NORTHWEST OF THIS POINT FOR THE NEXT SEVERAL
HOURS.
