THIS MORNING...

...GALES WARNING IN EFFECT TONIGHT THROUGH THURSDAY AFTERNOON...

AREAS OF DENSE FOG WILL REMAIN ACROSS THE LOCAL AREA BAYS AND
NEARSHORE WATERS THIS MORNING.

A GALE WARNING IS IN EFFECT LATE TONIGHT. A STRONG COLD FRONT
IS EXPECTED TO MOVE THROUGH THE AREA TONIGHT WITH A VERY STRONG
OFFSHORE FLOW DEVELOPING IN ITS WAKE. SUSTAINED WINDS NEAR GALE FORCE
ARE EXPECTED WITH FREQUENT GALE FORCE GUSTS LATE TONIGHT THROUGH
THE DAY THURSDAY.

WARNING...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM MIDNIGHT TONIGHT TO 6 PM CST
THURSDAY. THE DENSE FOG ADVISORY IS NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 11 AM CST
THIS MORNING. THE GALE WATCH IS NO LONGER IN EFFECT.

* VISIBILITY: ONE NAUTICAL MILE OR LESS AT TIMES.

* WINDS: 25-30 KNOTS WITH FREQUENT GALE FORCE GUSTS.

* SEAS: BUILDING TO 8 TO 10 FEET IN OPEN WATER...BAYS ROUGH TO
  VERY ROUGH.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A GALE WARNING MEANS WINDS OF 34 TO 47 KNOTS ARE IMMINENT OR
OCCURRING. OPERATING A VESSEL IN GALE CONDITIONS REQUIRES
EXPERIENCE AND PROPERLY EQUIPPED VESSELS. IT IS HIGHLY
RECOMMENDED THAT MARINERS WITHOUT THE PROPER EXPERIENCE SEEK SAFE
HARBOR PRIOR TO THE ONSET OF GALE CONDITIONS.

A DENSE FOG ADVISORY MEANS VISIBILITIES WILL FREQUENTLY BE
REDUCED TO LESS THAN ONE MILE. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...
ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD AVOID
NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
