.A TIGHT PRESSURE GRADIENT WILL REMAIN OVER THE WESTERN GREAT
LAKES...PRODUCING GUSTY WINDS FROM LATE THIS MORNING INTO THE
AFTERNOON. OFFSHORE WINDS ON LAKE MICHIGAN WILL LIMIT WAVE
ACTION...WITH THE HIGHEST WAVES EXPECTED ON THE EASTERN SIDE OF
THE BAY OF GREEN BAY.

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN GREEN BAY HAS ISSUED A SMALL
CRAFT ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 11 AM THIS MORNING TO
7 PM CDT THIS EVENING.

* WINDS...WEST INCREASING TO 15 TO 25 KTS THIS MORNING...THEN
  DIMINISHING TO 10 TO 20 KTS IN THE LATE AFTERNOON. A FEW GUSTS
  TO 25 KTS ARE POSSIBLE BEFORE 11 AM.

* WAVES...1 TO 3 FT...WITH THE HIGHEST WAVES ON THE EASTERN SIDE
  OF THE BAY OF GREEN BAY.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OVER 20 KNOTS OR
WAVES GREATER THAN 4 FEET ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS
CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...ESPECIALLY
THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE
CONDITIONS.
