WILL GENERATE STRONG AND GUSTY SOUTH WINDS ALONG WITH HIGH WAVES
LATE TONIGHT. A COLD FRONT WILL PASS SUNDAY AFTERNOON... AFTER
WHICH WINDS WILL VEER TO WESTERLY OR NORTHWESTERLY AND BEGIN TO
DIMINISH.

  TONIGHT AND CONTINUE SUNDAY. GUSTS MAY REACH UP TO 35 KNOTS ON
  SUNDAY...WITH THE POTENTIAL FOR THE STRONGEST WINDS COMING LATE
  SUNDAY MORNING. WINDS WILL BEGIN TO VEER AND DIMINISH SUNDAY
  AFTERNOON AFTER THE PASSAGE OF A COLD FRONT.

* WAVES...WAVES IN EXCESS OF 4 FEET MAY BEGIN LATE TONIGHT. WAVES
  SUNDAY MAY BE AS HIGH AS 4 TO 6 FEET. WAVES WILL BEGIN TO
  DIMINISH LATER SUNDAY.

A GALE WATCH IS ISSUED WHEN THE RISK OF GALE FORCE WINDS HAS
SIGNIFICANTLY INCREASED...BUT THE SPECIFIC TIMING AND LOCATION IS
