THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN WILMINGTON HAS ISSUED A SMALL
CRAFT ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 3 AM FRIDAY TO 6 AM EST
SATURDAY.

* WINDS...WEST WINDS INCREASING TO 15 TO 25 KT DURING THE PRE-DAWN
  HOURS OF FRIDAY. WINDS WILL VEER TO THE NORTHWEST 15 TO 25 KT
  DURING FRIDAY...AND CONTINUE THROUGH FRIDAY NIGHT.

* SEAS...WILL PEAK IN THE 3 TO 5 FT RANGE...POSSIBLY UP TO 6 FT
  ACROSS THE OUTER WATERS OFF CAPE FEAR...AND OF WINYAH BAY.
  DOMINANT PERIODS IN THE 5 TO 7 SECOND RANGE.

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 25 TO 33 KNOTS
AND OR SEAS OF 6 FT OR GREATER ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS
CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...ESPECIALLY
THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS...SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN
THESE CONDITIONS.
