...PERIODS OF DENSE SEA FOG EXPECTED THROUGH WEDNESDAY...

...GALE WATCH IN EFFECT FOR LATE WEDNESDAY NIGHT INTO THURSDAY...

.DENSE SEA FOG IS EXPECTED TO REDEVELOP NEAR THE COAST THIS
EVENING AND SPREAD INLAND ACROSS THE COASTAL PARISHES AND
JEFFERSON COUNTY...AS WELL AS OVER THE COASTAL WATERS.
VISIBILITIES WILL FALL TO ONE MILE...WITH AREAS OF VISIBILITY LESS
THAN ONE QUARTER OF A MILE. VISIBILITIES ARE EXPECTED TO IMPROVE
DURING THE AFTERNOON...BUT WILL LIKELY LOWER AGAIN LATE WEDNESDAY
PRIOR TO THE PASSAGE OF A COLD FRONT WEDNESDAY NIGHT. ONCE THE
FRONT PASSES...STRONG OFFSHORE WINDS AND VERY ROUGH SEAS WILL
DEVELOP.

FOG ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON CST WEDNESDAY. A
GALE WATCH HAS ALSO BEEN ISSUED. THIS GALE WATCH IS IN EFFECT
FROM LATE WEDNESDAY NIGHT THROUGH THURSDAY AFTERNOON.

* VISIBILITY: LESS THAN ONE NAUTICAL MILE...AND LESS THAN ONE
  QUARTER OF A NAUTICAL MILE AT TIMES.

* WINDS AND SEAS: SHIFTING TO THE NORTH 25 TO 30 KNOTS LATE
  WEDNESDAY NIGHT WITH GUSTS UP TO 35 KNOTS. SEAS 4 TO 6 FEET.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A DENSE FOG ADVISORY MEANS VISIBILITIES WILL FREQUENTLY BE
REDUCED TO LESS THAN ONE MILE. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...
