MORNING. BEHIND THE FRONT...STRONG NORTHWESTERLY WINDS WILL
DEVELOP WITH SEAS BUILDING AND BECOMING ROUGH. GUSTS TO AROUND
GALE FORCE ARE ALSO EXPECTED BY AFTERNOON...AND GALE WARNINGS ARE
IN EFFECT FOR MUCH OF THE COASTAL WATERS EAST OF CAMERON.

  30 KNOTS WITH SOME GUSTS NEAR GALE FORCE.

* WAVES/SEAS...SEAS WILL INCREASE TO 3 TO 5 FEET WITHIN 20 NM OF
  THE COAST. FROM 20 TO 60 NM...SEAS WILL BE INCREASING FROM 7
  TO 14 FEET.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 21 TO 33 KNOTS
ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS WAVE CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT.
INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER
VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.

A GALE WARNING MEANS WINDS OF 34 TO 47 KNOTS ARE IMMINENT OR
OCCURRING. OPERATING A VESSEL IN GALE CONDITIONS REQUIRES
EXPERIENCE AND PROPERLY EQUIPPED VESSELS. IT IS HIGHLY
RECOMMENDED THAT MARINERS WITHOUT THE PROPER EXPERIENCE SEEK SAFE
HARBOR PRIOR TO THE ONSET OF GALE CONDITIONS.
