DENSE FOG ADVISORY FOR THE WATERS THROUGH THIS MORNING...

.A COLD FRONT WILL MOVE SOUTHEAST ACROSS THE MARINE AREA
TODAY. WINDS WILL RAPIDLY BECOME NORTH BEHIND THE FRONT. GALE
CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED OVER MUCH OF THE WATERS WITH SMALL CRAFT
CONDITIONS OVER THE NEUSE/PAMLICO RIVERS. SEAS WILL PEAK IN THE 8
TO 13 FOOT RANGE THIS EVENING. AHEAD OF THE FRONT A WARM MOIST
AIRMASS FLOWING NORTHEAST OVER THE WATERS WILL CONTINUE TO
PRODUCE AREAS OF DENSE FOG ACROSS THE WATERS THROUGH EARLY THIS
AFTERNOON.
