AFTERNOON THROUGH TUESDAY...

A STRONG COLD FRONT WILL CROSS THE EASTERN GULF OF MEXICO LATE
MONDAY AFTERNOON AND MONDAY EVENING. NORTHWEST WINDS WILL RAPIDLY
INCREASE TO HIGH END ADVISORY LEVELS BEHIND THIS FRONT...WITH THE
LIKELIHOOD OF FREQUENT GALE FORCE GUSTS. THE GALE FORCE WINDS WILL
BUILD DANGEROUS WAVES OVER THE OFFSHORE AND NEAR SHORE WATERS
MONDAY NIGHT INTO TUESDAY.

* WINDS...NORTHWEST WINDS MONDAY EVENING THROUGH TUESDAY AROUND 25
  KNOTS WITH GUSTS TO GALE FORCE POSSIBLE.

* WAVES/SEAS...SEAS BUILDING 3 TO 4 FEET NEAR THE MOUTH OF TAMPA
  BAY MONDAY NIGHT AND TUESDAY. ELSEWHERE CONDITIONS ROUGH TO VERY
  ROUGH OVER THE BAYS...HARBORS...AND PROTECTED WATERS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 20 TO 33 KNOTS...
AND/OR SEAS 7 FEET OR HIGHER...ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS
CONDITIONS FOR SMALL CRAFT. INEXPERIENCED BOATERS...ESPECIALLY
THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE
CONDITIONS.

A GALE WATCH IS ISSUED WHEN THE RISK OF GALE FORCE WINDS OF 34 TO
47 KNOTS HAS SIGNIFICANTLY INCREASED...BUT THE SPECIFIC TIMING
AND/OR LOCATION IS STILL UNCERTAIN. IT IS INTENDED TO PROVIDE
