FOLLOWED BY AN INCREASE IN NORTHWEST WINDS AND COOLER TEMPERATURES.
RAIN SHOWERS WILL BE FOCUSED OVER NORTHEASTERN NORTH DAKOTA AND
NORTHWESTERN MINNESOTA BEHIND THE FRONT TODAY.  WIND GUSTS TO 40 MPH
LIKELY IN DEVILS LAKE TO VALLEY CITY REGIONS WITH 35 MPH GUSTS INTO
THE RRV.
