NORTHWEST ACROSS THE SANTA BARBARA COUNTY MOUNTAINS INTO THE
CUYAMA VALLEY. THESE STORMS ARE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING LOCALLY HEAVY
DOWNPOURS THAT MAY LEAD TO REDUCED VISIBILITIES AND PONDING ON THE
ROADWAYS. FREQUENT LIGHTNING...SMALL HAIL AND GUSTY WINDS TO 45
MPH ARE POSSIBLE. SCATTERED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS MAY
CONTINUE THROUGH THE EVENING HOURS.
