IN MAINLY CLEAR SKIES AND LIGHT WINDS. THIS WILL ALLOW FOR CHILLY
LOW TEMPERATURES BOTTOMING OUT IN THE LOWER TO MIDDLE 30S FOR
SEVERAL HOURS...RESULTING IN FROST FORMATION ON EXPOSED SURFACES
AND TENDER VEGETATION AS THE GROWING SEASON IS UNDERWAY FOR MANY
LOCAL PLANTS.
