WITH HIGH TEMPERATURES CLIMBING TO THE UPPER 90S SOUTH OF I-10 TO
100-101 ALONG AND NORTH OF I-10 THIS AFTERNOON. APPARENT

  HEAT INDEX VALUES OF 109 TO 113.

* IMPACTS...DANGEROUS HEAT RELATED STRESS AND FATIGUE CAN OCCUR
  TO THOSE WORKING OR EXERCISING OUTDOORS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

TAKE EXTRA PRECAUTIONS IF YOU WORK OR SPEND TIME OUTSIDE. WHEN
POSSIBLE...RESCHEDULE STRENUOUS ACTIVITIES TO EARLY MORNING OR
EVENING. KNOW THE SIGNS AND SYMPTOMS OF HEAT EXHAUSTION AND HEAT
STROKE. WEAR LIGHT WEIGHT AND LOOSE FITTING CLOTHING...DRINK
