PRESSURE GRADIENT BEHIND THE FRONT WILL RESULT IN STRONG AND
GUSTY WINDS OVER CENTRAL AND SOUTHERN LOUISIANA... AND SOUTHEAST
TEXAS FOR MOST OF THE DAYLIGHT HOURS THURSDAY. WINDS WILL SLOWLY
