LOUISIANA AND SOUTHWEST AND COASTAL MISSISSIPPI THROUGH THE
MORNING. THE FOG WILL REDUCE VISIBILITIES TO ONE QUARTER OF A
MILE OR LESS AT TIMES.

* IMPACTS...MOTORISTS ARE ADVISED TO USE EXTREME CAUTION AND
  ALLOW FOR ADDITIONAL TRAVEL TIME. USE LOW BEAMS...REDUCE
  DRIVING SPEED AND ALLOW FOR PLENTY OF ROOM BETWEEN OTHER CARS
