* TIMING...LATE TONIGHT...AND AGAIN LATE SATURDAY NIGHT AND EARLY
  SUNDAY MORNING.

* TEMPERATURES...NEAR OR JUST BELOW FREEZING TONIGHT. MID 20S TO
  NEAR 30 DEGREES SATURDAY NIGHT.

* IMPACTS... SENSITIVE PLANTS AND VEGETATION WILL LIKELY BE
  DAMAGED OR KILLED...ESPECIALLY LATE SATURDAY NIGHT INTO EARLY
