  THIS AFERNOON. THE DENSE FOG SHOULD BEGIN TO LIFT LATE IN THE
  AFTERNOON.

* VISIBILITY...VISIBILITY OF ONE QUARTER OF A MILE OR LESS.

* IMPACTS...VERY LOW VISIBILITY CAN RESULT IN HAZARDOUS DRIVING
  CONDITIONS. THE FOG WILL DEPOSIT RIME ON SOME SURFACES WHICH
  MAY MAKE THOSE SURFACES ICY AND SLICK.
